Getting customer feedback is essential, and the easiest way to gather feedback is to ask.  When interacting with your customers, there are three simple questions that you can ask.

  1. How satisfied are you with our speed of service?
  2. How satisfied are you with our quality of service?
  3. How could we have made your experience better?

These questions are essential because they help you determine what your business is doing correctly, while also highlighting areas that may need improvement.
